A 5,308 mm² cold plate bonded to the heat source. Semiconductor cooling plus a sealed liquid loop carries the heat out of the phone — and the cold head charges it wirelessly at 15 W while it works.
What actually matters
A cold plate, not a fan
The plate contacts the heat source directly. Heat is carried away through a liquid loop instead of being blown back at the device.
0 dB at the cold head
No fan touches the phone. All noise comes from the host unit, roughly 50 dB measured at the unit itself.
Qi 15 W built in
Wireless charging sits in the cold head, so cooling and charging happen at once without a cable in the way.
1.3″ OLED
Shows contact temperature, charging power and fan speed on the unit itself.
Magnetic, automatic
Attach it and it powers on; lift it off and it powers off. No buttons to reach for mid-game.
Unibody, no screws
A single-piece shell with no visible fasteners.
